Your obligations as a University of South Australia Education Agent are outlined in your Student Referral and Recruitment Agreement which include but are not limited to:
- Actively promoting the University and recruiting students in an accurate, ethical and professional manner
- Attending to enquiries from prospective students by providing information about the programs available at the University and the relevant admission criteria
- Assisting students in applying for admission to programs through the agent portal in Studylink
- Ensuring all relevant staff members are suitably qualified and experienced and aware of their obligations
- Complying with relevant University policies and procedures, Agent Code of Ethics (found at ANNEXURE A of the Student Referral and Recruitment Agreement) and the ESOS Legislative Framework
- Promptly acting upon any reasonable directions given by the University including but not limited to completing and returning surveys and self-evaluations, completing training, and verifying agency contact details on the Ascent One database
- Complying and following any policies or procedures introduced by the University in order to assess whether a student is a Genuine Student
- Seeking written consent prior to undertaking any promotional activity, advertising of the University or its programs or using the University logo.
