Make sure the offer letter is correct
If you have any questions regarding the offer letter or you need to request a late arrival or degree change, log into StudyLink and complete the following steps:
- Log in and view your applications with offers.
- Click on the ‘View Activity’ button and select ‘Send Message’.
- Type your request and click ‘Send’.
- Your Admissions Officer will contact you to assist you with your request.
Accept the offer by completing the following steps in StudyLink
- Log in and view your applications with offers.
- Use the ‘View Activity’ action to respond to the offer. Click on the ‘Respond to offer’ button.
- To accept an offer on the student’s behalf, you will need to upload the Acceptance and Payment form signed by the student as per their passport signature.
- Upload all documents required to meet the condition/s (if applicable).
- You will then have the option to ‘pay by’ one of UniSA’s preferred payment providers, Flywire or Convera. For payments through Flywire, you can refer to the article on how to Accept and Pay via Flywire in the StudyLink Partner Portal. For Convera payments, you will be directed to UniSA’s Convera for Students where you can pay the Total Acceptance Fee directly on behalf of the student, or request a payment link to send to the student. - Once payment has been received your Admissions Officer will automatically be advised that an acceptance and payment has been submitted through StudyLink and they will action the acceptance.
The Acceptance Fee includes the first study period tuition fee and compulsory visa length Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
Receive the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
A CoE is required when applying for student visa entry into Australia. Once you have successfully accepted the offer by providing all required documentation and paying the Acceptance Fee, the CoE will be emailed to you within two business days (slightly longer during high volume periods). Please apply to the Department of Home Affairs (Home Affairs) or the Australian Embassy in the student’s home country for a student visa.

Advise the student to enrol early in courses before arriving in Australia to ensure access to the best class times. All enrolment details will be sent to you and the student once they have accepted their offer. Make sure you understand all international student visa requirements when assisting students with their enrolments.

Allow us to welcome the students to Adelaide with University services including airport pick-up and accommodation. Airport pick up must be booked at least 72 hours before their arrival.
Settling in and starting their studies
Advise the students to arrive early to discover their new home in Adelaide. Encourage them to start their academic career in the best possible way with University orientation activities.
