The Aged Care Quality Standards provide the framework in providing safe/quality care for consumers of aged care services in the home or in a residential facility. This workshop focusses on the care planning journey with our consumers at the centre and a goal of being a truly customised, person centred care plan. This workshop is relevant to all health disciplines.
