"This project aims to develop a professional learning program that is innovative, provides for sustainable professional learning and outcomes, and affords equitable access to quality professional learning by early childhood educators across the state of Wyoming.
The professional learning that this project will provide early childhood educators in Wyoming is embedded in a research project that will address the following research aims:
- To develop an innovative, sustainable and equitable approach to professional learning across Wyoming’s diverse early childhood contexts.
- To generate new knowledge about what constitutes innovative, sustainable and equitable professional learning.
- To build early childhood educators’ capacity for providing vibrant, effective literacies programs across a range of sociocultural contexts."
