Registration with  International SOS (ISOS) is a mandatory requirement for all students and you will be required to complete a Business Travel Request (BTR) for all UniSA related travel to automatically be registered for ISOS.

Emergency Travel Assistance

The University has partnered with a Travel Risk Management Company, WorldAware (Chubb Assistance partner),  to offer our staff and students 24/7 medical, safety and security advice, referrals, emotional support, routine and emergency assistance when travelling or living abroad.

The mobile app provides immediate access to the assistance centre where medical, security or logistical experts are on hand to provide routine advice or support in an emergency. You will find up-to-date advice and real-time alerts for the locations you are travelling to.

Emergency Number Cards will be supplied by the University Travel Team within the Trip Folder upon finalisation of your travel request.

Health and Safety Information

It is the responsibility of University travellers to ensure that they have the required inoculations when travelling on official University business. The UniSA Health Medical Clinic provides information on medical requirements.
