We will take you on a captivating journey across the universe. Join one of our highly experienced astronomers as they guide you through constellations, the solar system and beyond. Marvel at the immense scale of the universe and observe the breathtaking beauty of the night skies projected on the Planetarium's iconic dome ceiling from the comfort of your seat.
The Planetarium is open at scheduled session times on the first and third Saturday of each month - 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 7pm* (*only on the first Saturday of the month).
Our 90min What's in the Sky this Month includes telescope viewing *weather permitting.

*We accept Companion Cards. Please call or email us if you are planning to use a Companion Card, so we can reserve a seat.

Important notes
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the session commencement to register and be seated comfortably.
- Entry once session has begun and re-entry is NOT permitted for safety reasons.
- Children 3 years and under are free of charge, if they are sitting on their carer's lap and not occupying a seat.
- ALL patrons occupying their own seat, including those aged 3 years and under, will need to purchase a ticket.
- Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the Planetarium without an accompanying adult.
- If you are attending with a companion card, please phone/email the Planetarium before booking to make sure there are seats available.
- PARKING - parking is free on weekends.
- No food and drink permitted inside the Planetarium.
- Use of mobile phones, electronic devices and photography are prohibited inside the Planetarium.
- Prams are not permitted in the Planetarium
- DAY SESSIONS - the Planetarium is not suitable for children under 4 years old. If you do bring younger children, we request that you place yourself closer to the door. As a courtesy to other patrons, if your child becomes restless and noisy, we ask that you please exit the Planetarium. We have a foyer area for patrons who will be caring for younger siblings.
- EVENING SESSIONS - please be aware of age restrictions. Children (including infants) under the age requirement will not be admitted into the Planetarium.
