This exhibition showcases nominated designs for the 2021 C-IDEA Design Award, which is an annual multinational juried design competition. The award recognises and promotes visionary talent across a wide array of design fields ranging from Industrial Design, Architecture, Interior Design, illustration, Animation, Fashion, Communication Design, and New Media.
The Award aims to recognise outstanding design with social value, responsible design that can facilitate the development of the design industry and contributes to society. The Award is decided by a jury of over thirty high-profile designers and educators from across twenty countries.
Each year's nominations are showcased in an exhibition that is hosted in a different country. To date, the international C-IDEA Design Award ceremony and exhibition has been hosted in Russia, Poland, South Korea, the Czech Republic and Taiwan.
This year the exhibition is proudly hosted by Australia, in The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre's Kerry Packer Civic Gallery.
