TIME IS PRECIOUS AND SO IS OUR RESEARCH.
1 SLIDE. 3 MINUTES. BIG IDEAS.

Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) is an international competition celebrating the research undertaken by PhD candidates.

Competing for a chance to represent the University of South Australia in the 2022 Asia-Pacific 3MT Competition, our seven finalists will communicate their research using one slide, and non-technical language in just three minutes.

The seven aspiring PhD candidates will engage the audience with their research, with a representative nominated from each UniSA Academic Unit. Finalists and presentations include:

Maria Vieira: Creative confidence to close the gender gap in STEM, representing UniSA STEM

Maddison Mellow: Building your best day for brain health in older adulthood, representing UniSA Allied Health & Human Performance

Lainie Anderson: Call Miss Cocks!, representing UniSA Creative

Billy SetiawanBeer or Teh Tarik?: Bridging languages and cultures in foreign language classrooms, representing UniSA Justice and Society
