Interior Architecture students explored the creative propositions that can contribute to Jacobs Creek’s interest in developing aspects of sustainable design within their production cycle through developing ideas and objects that upcycle waste materials into functional products. The students were challenged to turn the waste products produced in the winemaking process into functional applications that could be used in the wine industry, outside organisations and in the household whilst remaining aesthetically pleasing.
