Natalie Ward moved to Whyalla in 2007 after completing an undergraduate degree in Engineering at Monash University in Melbourne. Natalie spent a short time in technical roles in Whyalla and Wollongong before making the move into business management and leadership in 2012 with Bis.
Natalie is now the Regional Manager for Bis in South Australia responsible for the provision of logistics, material handling and processing services across GFG’s Mining and Manufacturing operations.
Natalie values further education and is passionate about leadership which is why she completed an MBA with the Australian Graduate School of Management, along with short courses in Executive Education and Directorship.
In 2015 Natalie became a mother to Charlie, now 3 and a half, and completely changed his world with the birth of Abigail 6 months ago. She is supported by an amazing husband who agreed to hang up his steel caps to allow her to keep wearing hers.
