Bruce Linn is an experienced Company Director, Chairman and former CEO who heads a successful governance and strategic management consulting business operating in Australia and the USA. Formerly CEO of Finlaysons Lawyers, his previous executive roles include Executive Director for EDS (now HP Enterprise Services), where he was responsible for all State Government business of EDS in Australia and the region, including the award winning contract between the Government of South Australia and EDS. Prior to that he was Chief Executive Officer of Camtech Corporation Limited, one of Australia’s leading internet and electronic payments companies and held general management roles with Vision Systems Limited, a leading defence and security company. He was a member of the Council of the University of South Australia until December 2014. A science graduate of the University of Adelaide, Mr Linn is a technologist with over 35 years experience in strategy, governance, leadership, business management and commercialisation of a broad range of technologies including IT, telecommunications, Internet and social media. This experience spans very large, medium and small organisations in a range of sectors including commerce, education and government. He has also gained extensive experience working in global markets particularly the USA, Australia and Asia. His current areas of interest are board strategy, governance, leadership, finance, business coaching, technology transfer, social media and business models in the digital economy. Mr Linn is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Computer Society. He has also been awarded Honorary Membership of the Leaders Institute of South Australia (LISA).
