New Business programs in 2019At the University of South Australia, we are always looking for ways to improve our students’ experience. We are pleased to inform you that we have updated our on-arrival reception service so students can enjoy an even smoother, stress free transfer from the airport to their accommodation.

Now, students can book UniSA’s FREE airport reception service using our new online booking system.

Our new booking service is fast and easy to use. All students have to do is:

  1. Go to Hughes Adelaide
  2. Register/create an account using their UniSA email address (eg. username@mymail.unisa.edu.au)
  3. Have these details handy when making a booking:
    • UniSA student ID number
    • Incoming flight details (flight number, arrival time and date)
    • Accommodation address
    • Mobile phone number

Please note that this free service is exclusively for new UniSA international students who have accepted unconditional offers and are arriving between 15 February – 3 March 2019 and 12 July – 11 August 2019.

Other important conditions to note:

  • Students may be accompanied by their partner OR 1 child. Any more passengers will need to travel separately at own expense.
  • If the student is travelling with a child, they must provide details, such as age and weight, in the ‘special instructions’ field in the online booking page.
  • If the student’s luggage exceeds the standard flight limit of 30 kg, or/and the transfer has to involve an additional vehicle, they may be charged for any additional costs.
  • Booking must be made more than 24 hours prior to arrival. Pick up cannot be guaranteed if the student has not provided sufficient notice.
