Master of International Business and Marketing student, Mohd Nabil Imran has won $1,000 for taking second place at the annual Merdeka Gala Dinner awards. The event, arranged by the Australia-Malaysia Business Council awards three top Malaysian students studying in Australia.
Nabil started with UniSA four years ago in the Bachelor of Busines (Finance), continued onto his Masters, and has recently graduated. Apart from his top academic results, it was thanks to Nabil's dedication and involvement in numerous extra-curricular activities that he achieved this award. He was a student ambassador, a student tutor in the Business School's Peer Assisted Study Sessions program, and President of UniSA Malaysia business student club. Most recently he represented all three South Australian universities as 2016 President for MASCA.
