Six Sigma Green Belt
- finding solutions in a disruptive environment
Six Sigma is acknowledged as one of the most powerful methodologies available to enhance enterprise performance. Six Sigma drives customer satisfaction and bottom line profit improvement by reducing variation and eliminating Lean waste, thereby continually improving organisations' competitive position.
The Green Belt program will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve improvement project outcomes within your organisation. Green Belts are often referred to as the engine room of Six Sigma projects. They are usually assigned specific improvement projects, within the scope of their normal day-to-day duties that require an intermediate level of applied statistical analysis.
UniSA's Six Sigma courses are aligned to the American Society for Quality (ASQ) standards. ASQ is the world’s leading member organisation devoted to quality and productivity improvement and is a global benchmark in Six Sigma Certification and Qualification.
UniSA Business is the only business school in South Australia accredited by both AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) and the EFMD Quality Improvement System (EQUIS) – the world’s leading accreditation bodies recognising excellence in business and management education. This double accreditation demonstrates achievement of the highest international standards across teaching and learning, research, and stakeholder engagement, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement into the future.
Business schools that earn these accreditations must undergo a rigorous review process undertaken by peers in the business education community and industry, to ensure they have the resources, credentials and dedication to deliver first-rate programs, knowledge creation and positive impact on business and society.
These standards support UniSA Business to deliver on its mission, to innovate and engage, and to lead the business education community worldwide.
