  • Short term responsive action, with a firm focus on long-term goals

Madhu has close to 10 years of corporate experience working in multi-national organisations like PWC and HSBC Bank where she led people transformation projects in the areas of culture transformation, diversity & Inclusion, talent management, and leadership development.

Madhu combines her experience in driving people-centric change in organisations with her expertise as a transformational coach to instil sustainable behavioural change. Her experience spans across several industries including banking and financial services, engineering, and professional services/consulting. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and is a Certified behavioural profiler (Extended DISC®), Intelligent LeadershipTM Coaching Practitioner and a credentialled Meta DynamicsTM Transformational Coach.

Cancellation Policy

The University of South Australia reserves the right to cancel events and issue refunds.  In the event that an attendee cannot attend, a substitute is welcome to attend in their place.  No refunds will be given unless 21 days notice is given in writing prior to the date of the planned event. If less than 21 days the fee can be used for the same course at a later stage, or another course of the same value.
