4 September to 15 November >> Behind the Lines - All Fun and Games

Presented by The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre, Behind the Lines features a broad selection of political cartoons from around Australia, providing an insight into the year that was in Australian politics and current affairs. This exhibition on display at the Kerry Packer Civic Gallery captures the political party games that were played in Parliament and beyond and featured in Australia’s daily news cycle in 2023.

Tuesday 17 September >> 2024 UniSA 3 Minute Thesis Grand Final

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition is a global celebration of research, held in more than 900 universities across 85+ countries. UniSA's PhD candidates will present their ground breaking research using just one slide and three minutes. This year’s candidates are tackling issues such as inequalities in education, aged care services and the workplace, as well as exploring advancements in cancer treatment and care. Presented by The Bob Hawke Prime Ministerial Centre and the Office for the Dean of Graduate Studies, supported by UniSA Academic Units.

Join experts in regenerative medicine, Professor Allison Cowin and Dr Xanthe Strudwick as they discuss the combination of wound biology with the expertise of nanotechnologists, physicists and materials scientists that is leading to new products and approaches for wound management.

Until 20 September >> Mulka Yata//The Knowledge of Place

Exploring the landscape and ecology encompassing the Ikara-Flinders Ranges region of South Australia, this exhibition illuminates the ancient landscapes, histories and peoples of the region and proposes an historically layered, geological and cross-cultural conception of place. Presented by Samstag Museum of Art with the South Australian Museum.
