President
- Serves as the primary liaison with Advancement Services, University of South Australia
- Chairs society meetings
- Is the official spokesperson for the society members
- Oversees society activities
- Approves society communications to members
- Acts as an advocate for the university
- Reports annually to the University of South Australia on the events and activities of the society
- Delegates responsibilities to the committee members for society events
- Other duties as determined by the society
- Must be a graduate of the University of South Australia
Vice President
- Fulfils any presidential responsibilities in the President's absence
- Provides general advice and assistance to the President
- Attends society meetings
- Acts as an advocate for the University
- Other duties as determined by the society
- Must be a graduate of the University of South Australia
Treasurer
- Is responsible for all finances for the society, collect and disburse all moneys on behalf of the society
- Will keep accurate detailed accounts of all financial transactions
- Present financial update at each society committee meeting
- A copy of the financial accounts must be provided to the University annually
- Attends society meetings
- Acts as an advocate for the University
- Other duties as determined by the society
- Must be a graduate of the University of South Australia
Secretary
- Sends out notices of society meetings, distributes papers, receives apologies and takes minutes
- Keeps a file of all agendas, minutes, event arrangements and any other society related paperwork
- Attends society meetings
- Provide a copy of each set of minutes to Advancement Services, University of South Australia
- Acts as an advocate for the University
- Other duties as determined by the society
- Must be a graduate of the University of South Australia
Committee Member
- Attends society meetings
- Follow up directions from the President as required
- May be asked to sit on special chapter sub-committees
- Acts as an advocate for the university
- Other duties as determined by the society
- Must be a graduate of the University of South Australia
