Switch Education was established in 2006. We are an independent, locally owned and operated business specialising in providing staff to the non-government sector, pre-schools, primary and secondary schools, as well as childcare. We provide schools across Adelaide primarily with relief teachers, but also assist in placing educators into contract and permanent positions.

All of our consultants are trained and experienced educators themselves and know the independent sector extremely well. We are not a large national company. We focus our efforts purely on South Australia and in doing so, have built a solid reputation in our field.

Switch Education provides flexible work arrangements whereby we work in combination with our employees to offer work that suits your unique schedule and requirements. You are able to manage this easily through our online portal.

We understand that temporary relief work can sometimes be isolating. As a Switch educator, however, you will become part of our team - our consultants seek to further your practice, providing an extensive Employee Assistance Programme that includes professional development, ongoing feedback and assistance with job applications.
