The Advancement team is pleased to collaborate with you. Whether you're looking to engage with alumni and donors, send emails, or access data, our team is here to assist you. Please fill out the form with your detailed requirements, and our dedicated team will ensure you receive the support and information you need to achieve your goals efficiently and effectively.

• Complete all fields as comprehensively as possible. The more information you give, the quicker the turnaround.
• The Advancement team will contact you about your request within two days of your submission.
• Further discussion may be required between yourself and the Advancement team to finalise requirements.
• All requests will be fulfilled within 10 working days of finalising the requirements.

Event details

The Advancement team is available to support alumni and fundraising events across the University with invitations, RSVPs and, in some cases, event planning. In the first instance, please refer to the CMK Events Toolkit.
 

Communication details

Requests to send invitations and other eDM communications will be accepted subject to Advancement's resourcing and scheduling. Please allow at least two weeks for drafting, design and approval.

Please note that our Privacy Policy prohibits sharing personal information that can be used to identify or contact an individual as a standalone piece or as a part of collective information.

Be prescriptive i.e. do you wish for international cohorts and/or interstate to be included? Are there particular Degree’s and Graduation years you are interested in?
