Before you arrive
Step 1: Choose your degree

Step 2: Find a scholarship
UniSA offers a wide range of scholarships, including the UniSA Rural Connect Scholarships, which help rural and regional students fund their relocation to study in Adelaide. Check out the online scholarships search engine to see what you may be eligible for.
Step 3: Find accommodation
There are plenty of student accommodation options available, including UniSA’s new Student Accommodation by Scape, offering modern apartments in the heart of the Adelaide CBD. It’s important to start this process early, so explore your options and connect with one of our dedicated advisers. Find your new home.
After you arrive
Step 1: Enrol in classes
Build your own timetable and enrol in classes. From there you’ll get access to your program page on learnonline. If you need help in enrolling, check out our how-to-enrol video or refer to the Enrolment Step by Step Guide.
Step 2: Plan your commute
Take the time to map out how you will get to and from campus. You can make the most of Adelaide being a smaller capital city and drive, cycle or catch public transport. Parking at the suburban campuses is very affordable, and bike storage and showers are available at all campuses. Plan your trip.
Step 3: Attend Orientation and UniSA Ready
Attend your essential Orientation program information session on-campus for key details and to ask any burning study questions. You’ll also get to check out the various study and leisure facilities in your guided tour included in the day.

Step 4: Download your student app
Designed for students, by students, the UniSA student app allows you to connect to a range of services and resources relevant to your study at UniSA. Download the app (on the App Store or Google Play) to access your timetable, course info, campus maps, printing quotas and more!
Step 5: Grab your student card
Your student ID card is essential in identifying you as a UniSA student. Once you have enrolled into your first year of study, you can go to myID to upload a picture and order an ID card. When you ID card is ready you can collect from your home campus or have the card posted to you if you are an external student.
Step 6: Explore support services
We offer an extensive range of support services to help you succeed at university. From study support to personal counselling, we are here to help. Check out the resources available online or visit your local Campus Central team.
Step 7: Plan your career
It’s important to explore your career options and understand where your degree can take you. Our Career Services team provides on-campus advice and support, along with a variety of online resources. They can also help you to find paid or unpaid volunteer, internship, and employment opportunities, and they host workshops and events throughout the year so you can develop your professional knowledge and skills. Expand your horizons through international field trips, work placements, internships, study tours, short-term programs, volunteer opportunities, conferences, or a student exchange during your studies.
