The Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory at UniSA Magill campus is seeking volunteers to participate in a napping study.

Depending on the condition, you may smell an odor or sit in front of a bright light following a period of sleep to observe its effects on sleep inertia.

The study will involve a period of sleep restriction (5h sleep for 4 days – 4 night time sleep and 1 day time nap) and will include performance testing, saliva collections and a blood sample.

Expressions of interest

They are looking for healthy young adults who are non-smokers aged 18-40 years, and willing to stay in the Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory for 7 consecutive days.

All meals will be provided, and participants will be financially compensated up to $1000 for their participation in the study.
