Getting the right amount of sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your overall wellbeing. Yet in our 24/7 world, a lack of sleep is becoming an increasingly common issue.
This talk explores how sleep deprivation and other behavioural factors affect your wellbeing, safety and productivity. It also provides examples of how individuals and workplaces have used the knowledge of UniSA’s sleep researchers to change behaviour and counter these effects.
