CTLM conducts quality research to inform management practices in the tourism and leisure industries. We support organisations operating in these dynamic industries, providing applied knowledge and research insights to our local, national, and international partners.

We have a strong track record in assisting industry and organisations in strategic and operational planning; ensuring they are able to respond effectively to the very latest developments and trends.

Unique to CTLM is the CERM Performance Indicators® (CERM PI) industry research.  CERM PI was initiated in 1990 to facilitate quality management in leisure industries.
