About the roles

Enterprise Fellows will have a majority research focus and will lead and deliver high quality research outcomes that translate to impact for our partners, and society. They will be active members of our Academic Units’ research centres and institutes, linking their research to course delivery and program outcomes. 

The workload allocations for these positions will be negotiated on an individual basis. It is intended that these positions will be Research Academic positions with a teaching allocation initially and, over time, will transition to a balanced Teaching and Research workload.

    Architecture is part of UniSA Creative.

    Architecture at UniSA has a rich history and foundational origins as the first architecture program in South Australia - we have been offering architecture programs for 115 years. Our architecture researchers contribute to the Australian Research Centre for Interactive and Virtual Environments and UniSA’s node of the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute, and we are home to Australia’s only Architecture Museum.

    The Enterprise Fellows in education will contribute to and participate in our research centres - Centre for Change and Complexity in Learning and the Centre for Research in Educational Social Inclusion - and will deepen and grow our impact on complex adaptive systems; social inclusion; technology adoption; Government and organisational policy; education leadership; and social and emotional learning, well-being, and safety.

    Industrial Design is part of UniSA Creative.

    As the only South Australian university ranked for Art and Design1, our industrial design discipline is highly engaged across both research and teaching, solving complex design challenges for industry and communities. Our Industrial Design discipline has collaborations with the Australian Research Centre for Interactive and Virtual Environments.

  • Enterprise Fellows in Information Technology minus-thick plus-thick

    Information technology is part of UniSA STEM.

    UniSA has been teaching IT for more than 30 years and is ranked No. 1 in in SA for graduate careers in IT¹. We are based at our Mawson Lakes campus, 20 minutes from the city centre, boast contemporary, industry-standard teaching and research facilities, and we enjoy collaborative links with high tech companies in the adjacent Technology Park.

    IT at UniSA has two key research centres; the Australian Research Centre for Interactive and Virtual Environments – one of the largest augmented reality research and development facilities in the southern hemisphere – and Industrial AI, as well as strong connections with the Industry 4.0 Testlab and the Future Industries Institute.

    UniSA is looking for five Enterprise Fellows in information technology, with expertise in one or more of the following focus areas: Human computer interaction (HCI), cyber security, software engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning.     Pharmacy is part of UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences.

    UniSA has a long standing tradition of excellence in education and research performance in pharmacy. We have established strengths in pharmacy education and research, with research spanning from molecule to bedside, including translation to medicines’ safety and quality, medicine formulations and discovery, and increased understandings of medicines’ efficacy and use. Linkages to the pharmacy enterprise in SA, national and globally are strong.   

    Pharmacy at UniSA is primarily based at our $247 million purpose-built health research and education facility at City West, in Adelaide’s CBD.  We are also home to the Quality Use of Medicines and Pharmacy Research Centre, which is a consumer-driven, data-informed research centre, effective in improving the use of medicines and improving patient lives.
