Leaders hear a lot about fostering wellbeing within their organisations but many neglect to take the time to steward it within themselves. In National Health and Safety month, we bring together some of Adelaide's eminent practitioners to discuss the importance of wellbeing for leaders. They will share ideas to help build resilience, support achievement at all levels within organisations and manage stress as well as strategies to support a positive workplace culture.

Are roles on boards losing their appeal? With royal commissions, diversity issues and issues around organisational integrity in the news, board roles may be losing their attractiveness amid the personal liability directors assume, however solid governance practice is exactly what companies need to navigate these risks.
Serving on boards is a natural progression for graduates of the UniSA MBA to extend their strategic experience and industry contribution. In partnership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the University of South Australia’s MBA offers its students a unique opportunity to develop skills and knowledge to support them in attaining board positions and navigating the challenges of the modern business environment.
Join us for the next MBA Alumni Mixer event, as we invite our panel of experienced directors to explore the current and ever-present issues that face new and experienced board members alike. With a range of experiences, stories and tips to share, the panel will assist you in making the next step in your journey or addressing the issues your business will be facing in the coming months and years.
