08 July 2022

UniSA invite you to join us for a special evening of First Nations short films at Nunga Screen 2022, proudly presented by Country Arts SA with support from the South Australia Film Corporation. Nunga Screen shares stories of love, friendship, healing country practices, of belonging, community, culture, and above all the strength and connection of First Nations peoples to their land and culture.

The screening will be hosted by Ngarrindjeri man Josh Trevorrow, Country Arts SA, First Nations Arts & Cultural Manager, and Filmmaker. He will facilitate a Q&A session after the conclusion of the short films, joined by a few of the film makers.

Film is one of the most powerful mediums to share stories across generations and we invite you to sit, listen and connect with one of Earth’s longest living cultures; and celebrate strong, independent First Nations filmmakers during NAIDOC WEEK.

All ticket proceeds will go towards Uluru Statement from the Heart Dialogues.

We look forward to sharing this evening with you.
