Co-CEO of AIME Mentoring 

Marlee Silva is the inaugural AIME Co-CEO for 2016 - which means she is the first of 10, 18-25 year-olds who, over the next decade, will be given the opportunity to supercharge their professional and personal growth working at the helm of one of Australia’s Best Places to Work.  

This initiative, the brainchild of founder and current CEO Jack Manning Bancroft, is intended to fast-track young talent; to learn first-heard how it all works so we’ll see more young leaders sooner rather than later. Ms Silva will work with Mr Manning Bancroft for one year before he transitions to Chair the AIME board from 2016-2017.
