The certificates are completely online over a 10-week period. Allow seven to eight hours per week for each course. Completion of final assignments may extend beyond the 10-week period.
The certificate is for communication and marketing professionals who want to enhance their skills and knowledge in the management of social and digital media tools and platforms, and increase their competitiveness in the industry.
The program is highly recommended for:
Entry into the program requires a three-year undergraduate qualification or at least five years of professional communication experience. For international students, an IELTS score of 6.5 or above (or equivalent) will be required.
The certificates are not available to international students studying in Australia under a student visa and can only be studied from your home country.

The certificates are completely online over a 10-week period. Allow seven to eight hours per week for each course to read material, participate in activities, research and complete assignments.
Yes. The timetabling is designed to allow students to complete the two courses in the same 10-week period, or undertake them individually if preferred. Both courses are offered in the Mar - May and July - October periods.
Yes, however reimbursement of fees will depend on the date of withdrawal.
Course fees will be reimbursed if a student withdraws (via email to Adam.Simpson@unisa.edu.au) prior to the end of the first week after the start date of the program. Registration cancellation fees will apply. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the end of the registration form (Conference Online).
There will be no reimbursement of costs for withdrawals after the first week of the course.
Yes. Senior communication managers, who were qualified before the evolution of online communication, and now have a responsibility for managing digital media stage, would benefit from this program.
You will be able to connect with the teaching staff and fellow students on a regular basis through online teaching platforms and social media. You are encouraged to network extensively, share your ideas and offer feedback on other students’ work. While some opportunities will be offered to engage in real-time, you will not be tied down to any compulsory schedule.
