WIP2020 Partner.pngThe 2020 Work-In-Progress Exhibition showcases student work from the undergraduate product design and postgraduate industrial design programs at UniSA. Student projects completed from the first semester of 2020 from all year levels will be on display.

The WIP exhibition provides an insight into the design processes students take while working on a diverse array of projects including domestic appliances, systems to reduce food waste, furniture and electric cars.

Student work will be displayed in an online exhibition space. This year, the opening of the WIP exhibition will coincide with World Industrial Design Day on June 29.

Tune in to hear from UniSA product and industrial design staff and students and a panel of industry experts about design education and practice on World Industrial Design Day. Presented in partnership with the Design Institute of Australia and Adelaide Design Network.

Drawing for Designers Workshop

Are your students interested in design? Supplement their virtual experience by registering your class for an online workshop aimed at introducing technical and design drawing methods. Attendees will learn how drawings can be used as a method of communicating complex ideas about form, space, size, volume, scale, texture, materials and processes to others.

Workshops are available during school hours from June 22 – July 3 (term 2), and July 20 – 24 (term 3) and will be presented via Zoom. To enquire and make your booking, email CTV-TeachingLearning@unisa.edu.au with your school details, class size and year level, and two preferred dates and times.
