The offshore academic calendars show important dates relevant to students studying at the University while living overseas.

Study periods may not reflect the actual start/end dates of your term/semester, however the important dates (for example, final day to withdraw without notation on your transcript) will be set by the study period that the term is associated with. This may mean that in some terms you will have more time to withdraw, or less time to withdraw in others.
Please note: These critical dates must be observed by all students at all times, and the dates outlined are the last day that changes may be processed therefore you should ensure withdrawal forms are received by the University prior to these dates.
