Our programs are designed for CEOs, MDs and executives of companies with 5 – 200 full-time employees, who are willing to learn and make the changes required to grow their company. All of our programs are based on our Centre’s integrated and comprehensive Knowledge Framework for Growth, which helps executives understand all components of their company and provides a strategic framework for making decisions, formulating strategies and implementing organisational change.
